Carolina Style Pulled Pork

Prep Time: 15 mins / Cook time: 8 hours / Serves: 4 - 6

Carolina pulled pork is characterized by a mix of spice and vinegar mingling in the meat while it's cooked low and slow. It's known for its sweet heat, something that is also often said about our very own Moppin' Sauce - use it here for an all-in-one flavor solution. This recipe is the best type of low-maintenance thanks to the crock pot. Throw it all together in the morning before work and by the time you get home you'll have the deliciousness that is Carolina pulled pork waiting to greet you.
