What to eat it with
Slathered over a burger is probably our favorite way to eat bacon jam, but it truly is one of the most versatile condiments. It's just as delicious glazed over Brussels sprouts or tossed in with vegetables as it is paired with grilled meats. It also makes a great companion for your charcuterie board.
